Registration Confirmation
Registration
will be confirmed by e-mail. Registration includes the printed program and abstracts, access to all sessions, the
mixer, the banquet, and refreshments during the
meeting.
Cancellation Policy
Written requests for refunds will be honored if received on or before
January 31, 2006. A $20 processing fee will be deducted from all
refunds. Sorry, no refunds will be processed after January 31, 2006. Cancellations made after
January 31, 2006 as
well as "no-shows" are liable for the full
registration fee.
