Agallia constricta |
| Agallia
constricta (Van Duzee), about 3.5 mm, mostly black to dark brown with
white spots on the dorsal portion of the head, two light colored spots with dark centers
where scutellum meets pronotum, wings are netted brown with clear veins, and extend past
the abdomen. |
