| Flexamia graminea
(DeLong), about 4 mm, very similar to Flexamia
picta, head (face) is pointed, dark color extends from the tip of the face to
the eyes, while the rest of the upper portion is light colored; eyes extend out further
than the rest of the body; from beneath, a dark stripe runs from each eye out to the tip
of the face, otherwise bottom of the face is light colored. Wings are netted and barely
cover the abdomen. Also see Flexamia picta. |
