Consulting:

The scientist, under contract by FAO of the U.N., traveled to North Korea and confirmed the presence of the rice water weevil, estimated damage to rice by this insect, and recommended steps to develop an IPM program to manage the rice water weevil in North Korea. The trip began and ended September 26 and October 13, 1992, respectively.
